WWE 2K15 – Okay game, okay… – Video Dailymotion

Wed, Dec 30th, 2015

So yeah, I’ve started playing WWE 2k15 on the PS4, and yes, I am fully aware that 2k156 is out, but unlike other yearly sports titles, the WWE games give you a reason to dig up older games, they have stories to follow, and have your custom character go through, but I digress.

I actually really enjoy what I have played so far, it’s not exactly No Mercy or Smackdown Shut your Mouth, but it’s fun in it’s own way in that it’s way more realistic, I usually think that the more realistic something is, the less fun it is, but this is an exception, somehow they have gotten past the uncanny valley, the matches look real and are fun to watch on their own. I love pressing a button or two and letting my wrestlers do all of the work!

However, as you can see, it’s not without it’s problems…

Tony Hawk’s® Pro Skater™ 5 – Ouch… ? – Video Dailymotion

Wed, Dec 30th, 2015

It appears Robomodo didn’t fix every glitchy bail in the game… okay, I guess that’s impossible, even Neversoft’s games had their fair share of glitches, but I thought this was worth sharing nevertheless!

Tony Hawk’s® Pro Skater™ 5 – (Censored) Fatality? – Video Dailymotion

Wed, Dec 30th, 2015

I was doing this goal in Pro Skater 5 where if I didn’t keep landing tricks, my skaters head would keep getting bigger and eventually explode, as you might have guessed, it’s more comical than anything, but the timing of this one is perfect, it makes it look so violent that the game censored it! (Like Classic Sub Zero’s Fatality in Mortal Kombat Trilogy)

Does anyone else get this… ? Duolingo glitched on me when I ran out of time on “Timed Practice”, and I never got the points that would’ve kept me alive! (Each correct answer gives you more time) So this was pretty frustrating to say the least! (It wasn’t the only time either…)

Thanks Duolingo!

Mon, Jan 19th, 2015

I just thought I’d post this, since I haven’t posted nothing in ages, I was playing on Duolingo again, and I was doing a timed practice, and there was a sentence that I wasn’t 100% percent sure about, so I hovered over it to get some hints, then this happened… No complaints from me!

Also, I might come up with a quick run down of how 2014 was for me later on, so look out for that, don’t get your hopes up, though…

I took this while I was playing Sunset Overdrive on my Xbox One, and when I fast traveled to do a sidequest, what usually happens is my player drinks then passes out, but they become ragdoll then, and I was on a tall, curved structure, so this happened…

Duolingo Glitch

Duolingo, with 20,000,000 second remaining on Times Practice!

Quickly! I don’t have much time, help me!

I was playing Duolingo, practicing my Italian on Duolingo, and I was doing timed practice, and then this happened, see that big number on the top right? That’s counter, in minutes and seconds, I kid you not! Usuallly, you have 30 seconds to start with, and 5-10 seconds if you get a question right, 2 seconds taken off if you get one wrong. A glitch happened where I ended up with 20,000,000 seconds! Luckily, I managed to take a screenshot, and capture this moment.

So… there you go, it was safe to assume I would’ve been able to complete it in time.. and I did…

Oh by the way, I’m using Linux here, with a Windows XP theme, which makes it look like Windows XP, so that’s why it looks like XP…

Soul Calibur [DC] – Gameplay

Tue, Feb 25th, 2014

It’s another thing I had made/recorded a while ago, I remember having a specific reason for recording this, but right now, I can’t for the life of me remember what it is!
It was around the same time as I got the Dreamcast VGA cable, but the device I used to capture this only accepted AV Composite, so I don’t know why on earth I recorded this!

Oh well, here is the video anyway!

What’s that? It’s Dailymotion!? Well spotted! I decided to move to dailymotion and use that channel/account as my main one, I’ll still upload to my Youtube from time to time, but I’m getting sick and tired of Google constantly sh*tting on us! I wanted to move to Daily Motion for years, but nobody had been using it! Now, though, a few channels I follow have moved to daily motion (mainly, Classic Game Room), so I think it’s safer to move now, though again, I’ll still be using my Youtube to upload the occasional video, but I won’t be using it nearly as much as before, and that’s saying a lot!

Harvester [DOS] – DOSBox Video Capture Test

Sat, Jan 25th, 2014

I just found out that DOSBox had a video capture feature! So I decided to try it out on a game I recently got, Harvester!

I guess this is a good opportunity to talk about Harvester, isn’t it? I recently got the game from eBay, I’ve been searching for it for years, and finally a copy popped up! It wasn’t in the big box, but at that point, I’d take anything!

I think the game is great, aside from the bad graphics (even for it’s time), and a not-so-great combat system (You just hold the right mouse button the whole time…), I can’t find any major flaw with the game, it kept me playing for hours, just so I could find out just what was going on with Harvest, the town where the game is set. If you’re thinking of picking this up, pick it up, you won’t be disappointed!

I mainly got the game for it’s gore, and I got what I paid for! This game is really disturbing, but that was what drew me to this game, It’s strange, because I would never do anything of the sort in real life, just the idea of it disgusts me, but I love gory video games! Especially early to mid 90s adventures!

I’ve actually beaten this game, but after hearing that DOSBox had a record feature, I wanted to test it, and Harvester was the nearest game!

So anyway, you probably spent more time reading this, than you will watching the actual video, since it’s only 30 seconds, so I’ll just let you get to it…
