My argument against digital games

If you’ve been following my blog for quite some time (meaning precisely none of you) then you’ll know that I hate digital and DRMed (That includes Steam!) games with a passion! I much prefer getting a physical, DRM-free (or disk-check) product!

“But why?” I keep hearing people whine at me. This is why!

Review: Klonoa 2 [PS2]

Tue, Apr 8th, 2014

This is a review I made for Review a Great Game Day, I made this in 5 minutes for a bit of fun, so enjoy.

Released in 2001 in all regions, Klonoa 2 is the sequel to Klonoa: Door to Phantomile, which appeared on the PS1 in 1997 in Japan, and 1998 in other regions, a remake was also released on the Wii.

I first found out about the game on a demo disc I got with my PS2, and I remember absolutely loving it, and I kept bugging my parents to get me it (I was 8 at the time, shut up!), and they eventually gave in, and got me the game, and I played it for hours on end!

Sadly, nobody I know has even heard of this game, and I think it’s a shame, it’s definetly a hidden gem, in my opinion, and more people should give the game a try!

This was ages ago, but as always, I was planning to upload it somewhere, like Facebook, but never got around to it, so here it is here.

I was sent an email saying I got a key to access a Wildstar, but when I read the email, I found out that I only got what looks the code to display a key, but it never did, bummer!

I did get another email later on that week actually giving me a key this time, so that’s good, I’ve never got around to trying the game out actually…
